Ingredients

1 (3 – 3 ½) lb. chuck roast

1 onion, sliced

4 teaspoons garlic, minced

2 ½ teaspoons oregano, dried

2 teaspoons of paprika

2 teaspoons of cumin

2 teaspoons salt

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

½ teaspoon black pepper

1/3 teaspoon ground cloves

1 (14.5 oz.) can of diced tomatoes

2 bay leaves

3 green, red and yellow bell peppers, sliced

Green olives with pimentos

Directions

1. Add all the ingredients, except the last two to your Ninja Foodi pot.

2. Place the pressure lid on, ensuring the valve is set to the seal position. Select pressure and cook on high for 90 minutes.

3. Once the cooking ends, do a natural pressure release, open the lid and shred the beef with two forks.

4. Select Sear/Sauté and then add in the bell pepper. Simmer for a couple of minutes until tender. Press Stop to turn off Sauté and then add the green olives, stirring well to mix.
